FABRICATION

A variety of fabrication methods allows a designer to cut, mold and form P.E & E.V.A foams virtually into any shape. One can choose any of th following methodes:
vacuum forming, compression molding, hot-wire cutting, water jet cutting and die cutting. Other post-processing methods include embossing, laminating, adhesive coating, butt-welding and skiving into various thickness.
